I don’t know about you, but right now all I have been craving lately are smoothies and smoothie bowls. This probably has everything to do with the extremely warm weather we are experiencing down here in South Florida, where the temps are already in the 90’s. Can we say goodbye Spring and hello Summer already… geeze! And because of that, I felt inspired to make this Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl, to help keep us cool and hydrated!

Not only is this smoothie bowl incredibly delicious, it is also extremely nourishing as it is packed with many vitamins and minerals! It is such a treat to have after playing outside or spending some time at the pool or the beach! It really does make the perfect afternoon Summer snack.

The ingredients you will need are the following:

  • organic coconut water
  • frozen mango
  • frozen pineapple
  • organic frozen spinach or fresh
  • avocado
  • hemp seeds
  • a date, pitted
  • High Speed Blender

Be sure to top it with your favorite toppings! I chose fresh strawberries, mango and a handful of hemp seeds.

I truly can’t wait for you to give this recipe a try. I think you are going to LOVE it! Be sure to comment below or tag me on Instagram at Healthymommamanda
