It’s almost Christmas and I have already been in the kitchen whipping up so many yummy and healthy desserts! It is definitely my favorite thing to do and each year I like to bake something different from the year before. Lately, I have been on a chocolate and mint kick, which is inspired me to create this super fun and super festive recipe…Thin Mint Bliss Balls!
They are so creamy and remind so much of truffles, except that they are made with all Whole Food ingredients and have no natural flavors or refined sugars. Oh and have I mentioned that they actually taste like thin mint cookies and but even better because these babies are actually GOOD for you! They are packed with fiber, protein, and more and I think you’re going to love them ❤️🎄🍫
The ingredients you will need to make this recipe are:
- organic dates, pitted
- natural almond butter
- organic raw cacao or cocoa
- collagen peptides (or protein powder or choice)
- organic peppermint oil
- organic vanilla extract
- salt
Can you believe how simple these ingredients are? They are so simple yet so decadent at the same time!
I can not wait for you to try them for the holidays! If you do, be sure to comment below or tag me on instagram at www.instagram.com/healthymommamanda
