If you are looking for a healthy and incredibly tasty snack, then look no further… you are going to love these Superfood Gogi Berry Bites! These babies are loaded with a handful of nutrient dense ingredients and they are so darn delicious. These bites are rich in fiber and protein, which means you will only need to eat one or two to be satisfied!

Now, let’s take a look at all of the incredible superfoods that these bites are packed with: 

Gogi Berries– high in antioxidants, help fight free radicals, promote healthy skin, improve immune function 
Cacao nibs– high in antioxidants which helps reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, can improve mood, high in magnesium 
Hemp seeds: highly absorbable plant protein, rich in essential fatty acids, high in fiber 
Dates: loaded with vitamins and minerals, great source of soluble fiber, high in natural sugars to help boost energy 
Cashews: great source of protein, they support nerves, immune system, and heart, considered brain food (as they have high levels of essential fatty acids)

1 tbsp natural creamy almond butter 
1/2 cup raw cashews 
2 tbsp hemp seeds 
1 1/2 tbsp gogi berries 
1 tbsp cacao nibs 
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips 
1 cup pitted dates 


Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until fully incorporated. Roll your mixture into balls and store in fridge for up to 5 days. *If your dates are dry you can soak them for 10 mins in warm water before adding to the food processor.
