Let’s talk about the ingredients you will need to make these beauties:

  • cashew butter
  • organic cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
  • organic raspberries, fresh
  • Pinch of salt
  • freeze dried raspberries
  • Optional but recommended-mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs

You can keep these stored in a sealed container in the fridge or in your freezer and enjoy them whenever you feel like you need a little treat 🙂 Either way, you will more than likely eat them all up within a few days because they are really that hard to resist.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup organic dates, pitted
2 tbsp cashew butter
3 tbsp organic cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup organic raspberries, fresh
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
Optional- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined and a dough has formed. If adding chocolate chips, fold them into the batter once the dough has formed.
Add your freeze dried raspberries to food processor and blend until powder form. Strain the powder through a mesh strainer to separate the powder from the seeds. Set aside.
Roll your dough into balls and roll into the raspberry powder. Place truffles in a sealed glass Tupperware in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
