
Are you a granola person? If so, then you are going to go crazy over this Chunky Cinnamon Raisin Granola recipe and if you aren’t, you will become one after you try this recipe, I guarantee you! The reason I love granola so much is that you can add it to your smoothie bowl for a nice crunch, or your favorite plain yogurt for some added texture, or simply just to enjoy with your favorite nut milk.
Unfortunately, not all granolas considered equal. The majority of store bought brands contain too much sugar, natural flavors, and preservatives, which quite frankly are ingredients that don’t belong in my granola, which is what inspired me to make my own.
This granola not only tastes DELICIOUS, but it is also packed with so much nutritional goodness. It is loaded with protein, fiber, healthy fats, omega 3’s and more. It is also sweetened naturally with maple syrup, so say goodbye to your highly processed versions you usually get from the grocery store which almost always contains more than just one sweetener.

- hemp seeds
- cinnamon
- Himalayan salt
- chopped raw cashews
- chopped raw walnuts
- raw whole almonds
- organic raisins
- pure maple syrup
- refined coconut oil
- pure vanilla extract
The best part about this granola recipe is that you can tailor it specifically to your liking and also to whatever ingredients you have available in your kitchen! You can easily swap out the nuts to your liking and you can also swap out the hemp seeds for chia seeds or flax seeds.

Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
2 cups @onedegreeorganics sprouted organic oats
1/2 c almond flour
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 c chopped raw cashews
3/4 c chopped raw walnuts
3/4 c raw whole almonds
3/4 cup organic raisins
Wet ingredients:
1/2 c pure maple syrup
1/4 cup refined coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients until well incorporated.
In a small bowl melt your coconut oil.
Stir in your maple syrup and vanilla.
Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients until it is all fully incorporated.
Spread your granola on your baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes and then gently stir. Place back in the oven for another 15 mins or so until your granola has started to brown.
Let your granola cool completely until it hardens. This will help ensure it stays chunky and solidifies.
Store in a seal proof container. Best used within 7-10 days.
