
I don’t know about you, but I am always in need of a healthy grab-n-go snack to get me through the week, which is why I try and keep my fridge stocked with these AMAZING Almond Butter Cookie Dough Protein Bites. These bites are not only made with REAL and HEALTHY ingredients, but they are also delicious too!
Now these bites are not only convenient, but they are also packed with protein and fiber, which helps to keep you feeling fuller, longer.
They are sweetened naturally with pure organic maple syrup as well as s little coconut sugar that is in the hu dark chocolate chips. *NOTE: You could easily swap the maple syrup for raw honey if you wanted, as well.
I used a natural almond butter for this recipe but you could use any of your favorite nut butters, as well.
I also used Collagen Peptides for the protein and some extra collagen, but you can also use your favorite protein powder, instead.
The ingredients that you will need are:
- natural almond butter
- almond flour
- @vitalproteins collagen peptides (or protein powder of choice)
- organic pure maple syrup or raw honey
- pure vanilla extract
- salt
- dark chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen gems)

Recipe:
Ingredients :
1 cup natural almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
2 scoops of @vitalproteins collagen peptides (or protein powder of choice)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen gems)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into bite sized balls (yields about 15-16) Place in the fridge for about an hour to chill and then enjoy! Keep stored in an air tight container in the fridge and eat as desired.
