A you very well know by this point is that one of my favorite things to do is bake. There is something so therapeutic that happenes to me when I get into kitchen and get into a flow of creating a nutritious and healthy meal. This beauty makes the perfect treat for a warm summer day or BBQ.

The best part is that it is made using only 5 Ingredients!! That is it 🙂

🌱Ingredients: 
1 1/2 cup raw walnuts 
15 medjool dates, pitted 
Pinch of salt (optional) 
10 oz @culinayogurt plain coconut yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup 
4/5 cups fresh fruit of choice 

🌱Instructions: 
Blend your walnuts, dates and salt in a food processor until a dough forms. 
Press the dough into a 9 inch pie or tart pan. 
In a medium bowl, mix your yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until well blended. Spread your filling on top of your crust. Top with your favorite fruit and store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
