Hi! I’m Amanda Schuh and I am a certified holistic health coach, wife, stay at home mom, and lover of all things related to the health and wellness world.
My passion is recreating traditional recipes and modifying them to healthier, more nutrient dense versions. Eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle does not have to be boring, bland or even complicated! I assure you that there is always a cleaner and simpler alternative out there!
